How Do I Login to my ATP Home Security System’s Online Account?
Logging into my ATP Home Security System’s Online Account
To log into your American Total Protection Home Security System ’s Online Account:
1. Go to the American Total Protection homepage and click Login at the top right hand corner, or visit http://atpalarms.com/my-account/ .
2. Click the LOGIN icon under American Total Protection.
You will be taken to the login page (see picture below) where you will be asked to input specific account details.
3. Enter one of the following:
Account ID
: this would be the Account ID provided by American Total Protection at the set-up of your security system
Telephone number
: this is the telephone number that you have confirmed on your security account
4. Enter your password
5. Click “ Sign In ”. This will take you to your account.
If you forgot your password
To reset your password, ensure that you have on hand your:
- Account ID or Phone Number
- ZIP Code
- Email Address (must be the email address associated with your home security account)
1. Click I Forgot My Password on the login page.
3. Enter the information requested.
4. Click Send Email
.
A message will be sent to your email account with the instructions on how to reset your password.
